After making a payment, you automatically agree to the ToS.

Commissions are NOT first come first serve, as I choose based off availability and design.

I reserve the right to refuse a commissioner if they support ideas against my personal beliefs, or I deem the request out of my experience.

Credits must be attributed to me via credits section on post or client's social media platforms.

All communication must be written, no call consultations. All interactions will be documented.

All commissions can be published in our portfolio.

The rights to all my art belongs to me (Nezuyaki).

The client is NOT allowed to upload any of my art onto and NFT or AI websites, platforms, or anything involved with the mentioned topics.

I currently do not accept NSFW commissions.

If refund/cancellation of service occurs after 5 days of work, a maximum of 50% is refunded.

Refunds are not applicable after commission is past 75% completion: (Almost fully colored, All parts separated for rigging)

If order is cancelled before we start working, the client will receive a full refund.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time: a refund will be made in such circumstances.

Revisions made in the sketch phase are free of charge.

Client has up to 3 free revisions after sketch has been approved: I will charge an extra $10 per round of changes.

Once your commission was approved and delivered, I will not make any further changes or adjustments for free. Add-ons or revisions will be considered another commission, and will receive a new invoice.

Currently only accepting payments through Paypal.

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar).

Upon both parties accepting the terms of the commission and invoice was sent, I require 50% of the total price paid prior to starting the work.

Down payment of commission (50% of invoice) must be paid within 48 hours or the commission will be cancelled.

HD/Final piece will be sent via email after approval of illustration from client and full price has been paid.

Payment plans are available to clients with commissions over $200.

Prices are subject to change, changed prices do not apply to commissions started before price change.

The right for the client to use the product for commercial purposes, specifically retail, will be charged an additional 25% fee based on the total commission price unless other royalties have been discussed.

Any additional features not covered in the price estimate calculator can be priced and negotiated in DMs.

If client does not want me to stream/record the creation process, they must pay the Art Privacy Fee ($25). Updates will be sent via DMs.

Estimated Time of Completion: 2-3 Months

Invoice will be sent after both parties have accepted terms of commission, however this does not mean the service has immediately started. I work on art in batches, therefore I will send updates on when progress has been made in that timeframe.

My typical workflow for updates is: invoice ➜ notice of starting ➜ sketch ➜ line-art ➜ flat-color ➜ shading ➜ final confirmation.

If commission is a gift for a holiday or birthday, please let me know ahead of time to accommodate appropriately.
